President Joe Biden's campaign team waded into the Kendrick Lamar-Drake feud this week, using Lamar's diss track "Euphoria" to attack former president Donald Trump.

Lamar and Drake have been trading insults back and forth for several weeks in a series of songs that captivated social media users. The rappers' beef can be traced back to 2013, but their most recent releases include some serious accusations about each other.

The Biden-Harris HQ social media accounts posted a video slideshow of unflattering photos of Trump while a verse from Lamar's song plays in the background. Biden's campaign tweaked the lyrics via captions to diss the presumptive Republican nominee personally, calling him out on policy and his own social media use.

“It’s always been about love and hate, now let me say I’m the biggest hater,” the video's text reads. “I hate the way that you walk over women’s rights, the way that you talk about immigrants. I hate the way that you dress, I hate the way that you sneak diss on Truth Social.”

The video, posted Monday, has been viewed more than 400,000 times on Instagram and X, formerly known as Twitter.

A video of former president Barack Obama weighing in on who would win in a rap battle between the Drake and Kendrick Lamar eight years ago also trended on social media this week. In 2016, Obama chose Lamar.
